Property Management Accountant

Are you an accounting person who likes variety and fast-paced work? Do you like working with a supportive and accountable team? You may just enjoy this job! We're looking for a full time Property Management Accountant to join us.

We manage multiple properties which means that you'll be handling the accounting for multiple accounts. Attention to detail is key for this. Processing rent checks and lease renewal fees, creating journal entries and paying vendor/utility bills are some things you'll be responsible for. If you have previous experience doing bookkeeping for a property management company or apartment complex/leasing office, we want to talk to you!

Accounting Specialist

Are you an accounting person who likes variety and fast-paced work? Do you like working with a supportive and accountable team? You may just enjoy this job! We're looking for a full time Accounting Specialist to join us.

The Accounting Specialist manages all functions related to commissions payable, accounts receivable and accounts payable and provides overall support to the Accounting Department at the Home Office.

Some of the responsibilities for this position are:

  • Calculating and preparing commission checks
  • Recording pending contracts into accounting system
  • Managing agent 401K contributions
  • Processing credit card and check payments
  • Preparing and distributing production reports
  • Assisting with 1099 preparation and distribution
  • All other duties as assigned

Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a full time Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for social media analytics and data analysis of customer feedback, competitor information, and industry trends to help create the company's marketing strategies. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Chief Operations Officer.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Plan, organize, and execute all aspects of company events
  • Execute all graphic design needs for Home Office and branch offices
  • Create and manage marketing materials related to campaigns for company and office events
  • Assist in creating MAV’s Memo newsletter every week
  • Write/research company blog every week
  • Publish company newsletter every month
  • Maintaining social media marketing campaign
  • Update monthly flyers and agent awards certificates
  • Content creation and maintenance for company website
  • Update staff meeting presentation
  • Maintain industry knowledge by attending relevant events and seminars and reading relevant publications

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a similar analytical field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • Experience using Canva is highly preferred
  • Basic video editing skills
  • HTML experience
  • Must be comfortable being in front of a camera and presenting to groups

Full Time Office Administrator

We are looking for a full time Office Administrator to join our Des Peres branch office. This will be approximately 40 hours per week.

As a part of the office team your role will entail the following:

  • Creating new listings for agents in the MLS
  • Helping plan and execute various office events
  • Covering the front desk and greeting agents, clients and other visitors
  • Managing the office's social media accounts
  • Supporting the branch manager by preparing for the weekly sales meeting
