Accounting Specialist

Are you an accounting person who likes variety and fast-paced work? Do you like working with a supportive and accountable team? You may just enjoy this job! We're looking for a full time Accounting Specialist to join us.

The Accounting Specialist manages all functions related to commissions payable, accounts receivable and accounts payable and provides overall support to the Accounting Department at the Home Office.

Some of the responsibilities for this position are:

  • Calculating and preparing commission checks
  • Recording pending contracts into accounting system
  • Managing agent 401K contributions
  • Processing credit card and check payments
  • Preparing and distributing production reports
  • Assisting with 1099 preparation and distribution
  • All other duties as assigned
