2 Office Spaces and 2 Bathrooms. Tenant will install and maintain, at their expense, a physical sign below the digital sign and on the building’s side. One digital sign slide is included, tenant is responsible for the design of this sign, but slides must be approved by Landlord before published to the digital sign. Electric service will be in Tenant’s name and paid by Tenant. Landlord will cover water and sewer. Tenant may choose their own internet provider at their own cost. Solid waste and recycling services are Tenant’s responsibility, but any service contract must be approved by Landlord prior to signing.
