Heather Swarringin

As a proud graduate of East Central College and Central Methodist University, I believe in the importance of lifelong learning and personal growth. My passion for real estate began through my own personal experiences buying and selling homes. I was born and raised in St. Louis, but as a young adult, lived in many other states. I gained firsthand insight into the excitement, and challenges, that come with finding the perfect home. Since 2004, I have rented and owned in several communities across St. Louis, finally establishing my home in Holly Hills in 2013. 

Beyond real estate, I’m passionate about giving back to my community and supporting causes close to my heart. I’ve been involved in numerous charitable events and fundraisers for Relay for Life and also the Out of the Darkness walks to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP). I have also donated items, as well as volunteered my time assisting other events. 

As your realtor, I bring integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy to every transaction. My goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible by putting my clients first, while serving as a trusted advocate every step of the way. I truly enjoy working with people from all stages of life and hearing the unique stories that lead them to their next chapter.
