Just a Little More about Us....
Marty and Kris Knobbe, who are both from the St. Louis area, share their passion for real estate and family. While they worked in separate but complimentary industries prior to forming the Knobbe Realty Partners, their combined vision was to always help others achieve home ownership. After having enjoyed a successful career in mortgage for 12 years, Marty Knobbe decided to apply his problem solving, sales and negotiating skills to the real estate industry in early 2015. Known for his charisma, problem solving skills and ability to build long lasting relationships, Marty earned a reputation as a client focused industry leader. As a former teacher, Kris Knobbe, entered the new homes sales industry in 2007 with the intent to help educate new construction buyers on the process. She received the Homebuilders Association Rookie of the Year in 2007 which was just the beginning of her successful career as a licensed realtor and new construction community sales manager. With her focus and dedication to others, Kris worked tirelessly to sell customized homes to families and grow communities.
Marty and Kris Knobbe blended their personal life with their work lives with the initiation of the Knobbe Realty Partners with BHHS Select Properties. Integrating over 12 years of their unique backgrounds, experiences, sharp skill sets and individualized talents, they created a systematized process that has proven to help buyers and sellers. With each sale, Marty and Kris successfully collaborate to provide the highest levels of personalized service, detailed market analysis, hands-on interactions, innovative media marketing and follow-up communications. They recognize the importance of exposing homes across a National market and the benefits of cross selling in multiple local markets – St. Louis, St. Charles County and Lake of the Ozarks.
When Marty (youngest of 6) and Kris (oldest of 3) are not focused on their real estate business, they spend time with their family in St. Louis and at the Lake of the Ozarks. When the married, they blended a family of four girls - Meagan, Emily, Mia and Sophia (twins). All four girls have unique interests in various hobbies and sports - soccer, dance sewing and art. But like the rest of their extended families, Marty, Kris and the girls all share a common interest in boating at the Lake of the Ozarks, Cardinal Baseball and Blues Hockey. The newest additions to the family are their son-in-law, Presley Becker, who is serves in the US Navy, and their granddaughter, Arya Becker.
