With over 40 years in real estate, Karen’s level of experience sets her apart.  She puts her heart into serving others and is a wealth of knowledge, wisdom, and know-how.  Married more than 50 years, a mother to four girls, and grandma to thirteen grandchildren, Karen is a family-oriented person.  She’s lived in Lincoln County her entire life and calls Troy home.  She served as a Troy city alderman and has been a local business owner in the community for more than 40 years.  She’s also a 2^nd generation Realtor whose family has been in the local real estate business for over 50 years.  Maybe you’ve heard it said, it pays to know people and that couldn’t be truer when you work with Karen.  She’s honest, optimistic, hardworking, and a strong negotiator.

Karen’s daughter, Jenny, joined The Curt Team after six years in real estate and thirteen years as a small business and residential lender.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis Marketing from the University of Missouri - St. Louis.  She is an advocate for her client’s interest and uses her past lending experience, education in marketing, and local contacts to help her clients succeed.  Jenny is a 3^rd generation Realtor, wife of nearly 20 years, and mom to three children.  She resides in O’Fallon (St. Charles County) and is well acquainted with the surrounding areas.
