One of our greatest attributes is identifying needs and strategizing solutions with each client in the buying, selling and new construction process.

Our ORIGINATION
Marty and Kris Knobbe blended their personal life with their work lives with the initiation of the Knobbe Realty Partners with BHHS Select Properties. Integrating over 12 years of their unique backgrounds, experiences, sharp skill sets and individualized talents, they created a systematized process that has proven to help buyers and sellers. They have grown a team with like-minded Realtors. With each sale, the team successfully collaborate to provide the highest levels of personalized service, detailed market analysis, hands-on interactions, innovative media marketing and follow-up communications. Through skillful content creation and strategic marketing, they ensure that every home will stand out in a crowded market. The Knobbe Realty Partners recognize the importance of exposing homes across a National market and the benefits of cross selling in multiple local markets – St. Louis, St. Charles County and Lake of the Ozarks.
Our TEAM
MARTY KNOBBE
Marty is from North County in the St. Louis area, share their passion for real estate and family. After having enjoyed a successful career in mortgage for 12 years, Marty decided to apply his sales and negotiating skills to the real estate industry in early 2015. Known for his charisma, problem solving skills and ability to build long lasting relationships, Marty earned a reputation as a client focused industry leader.
KRIS KNOBBE
As a former teacher, Kris Knobbe, entered the new homes sales industry in 2007 with the intent to help educate new construction buyers on the process. She received the Homebuilders Association Rookie of the Year in 2007 which was just the beginning of her successful career as a licensed realtor and new construction community sales manager. With her focus and dedication to others, Kris worked tirelessly to sell customized homes to families and grow communities. She transferred those skills when she joined Marty in 2018.
Marty and Kris enjoy spending time with their families and friends in St. Louis and at the Lake of the Ozarks. They love boating, Cardinal baseball, dining out and cooking.
LYDIA TEICHMEIER
Lydia grew up in the St. Louis area as the middle child in a family of five. Her real estate roots go back to high school when she worked in a local real estate office as an office assistant. It was during that time where Lydia’s passion for real estate + home ownership grew. Lydia earned a degree in Organizational Communications from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO. In the summer of 2023, Lydia made the decision to step away from her job with a top-producing public relations firm. and return to her passion of real estate. She joined the Knobbe Realty Partners as the Lake Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist. Lydia married Jake Teichmeier. Jake is a teacher and coach in the Camdenton School District. The Teichmeiers call Camdenton, MO home and love the community they have built there. Jake and Lydia take advantage of everything lake life has to offer and regularly enjoy boating, wake surfing, hiking and the lake restaurant scene.
