Biography
I have been licensed since March 1989, I enjoy serving first time home buyers, sellers, tranferees, empty nesters. I am a full time agent. Our first meeting you will learn exclusively how to purchase a home, the costs incurred, first time home buyer plans, how we search for property, how to make the offer, inspections, the responsibilities of buyers and sellers. I will also help with the mortgage process, closing, and the change of utilities. I have been with the same broker since licensed, have resided in St. Louis all my life, been married for over 36 years with two children and four grandchildren.
