Real estate links

- The National Association of Realtors saw 21,000 Realtors sign up to attend its Realtors Conference and Expo in San Francisco last week, 10 percent more than anticipated. 

- At the NAR Conference, NAR Chief Economist Lawrence Yun discussed 2013 economic activity and its impact on the commercial real estate outlook. President and CEO of Fresno First Bank Richard White also spoke about current banking trends and what impact that will have on commercial real estate. 

- Will drone technology eventually be part of your real estate toolkit? Hard to imagine but some experts think that's where we're headed. 

St. Louis links

- We should all take a moment to give thanks to our veterans today. If you want to do more than that, KTVI has a list of ways you can help out those men and women serving our country.  

- The weekend was warm and beautiful, but winter weather is on the way. Could be some light snow by the end of the night.

- An StL icon received a scare Sunday as Ted Drewes Frozen Custard's south St. Louis location was evacuated after an electrical fire. Fortunately, the store plans to reopen today.

- The Missouri Botanical Garden is in the process of developing a video game that will aid science.
